Game of Thrones Gifts No. 15: DIY Statement Clutches inspired by McQueen
Use gems, buttons, embellishments, lace, leaf cutouts and a few other craft-store pick ups to make themed GoT clutches out of old glasses cases. Do it by color, sigil, costume! The possibilities are endless. Here are a few ideas:
Jon and Ygritte: Castle Black and White for Beyond the Wall
Melisandre: Baratheon Gold & Black stones and gems for the Red Priestess
Asha/Yara Greyjoy: gold studs on black
Sansa Stark: Petite floral embellishments

DIY Golden Dragon Eggs for modern Targaryen decoration
Total Cost: $2
Materials: Gold push pins, plastic lemon or lime (both from dollar store, I prefer the limes but they’re smaller)
start at the very bottom of the plastic fruit and work in circular rows! It may seem awkward at first, but the end result looks amazing. Try to keep them lined up and make sure they overlap so the fruit isn’t seen! Superglue the final pin to keep it in place (the rest are naturally held in place because of the overlapping design!)
